Cat C6500 Specifications

counterbalanced truck is engineered for demanding industrial environments and
heavy lifting tasks in warehouse and manufacturing settings. Power is provided
by a Nissan K25 engine, generating 63.0 hp (47.0 kW), mated to a single-speed
powershift transmission with hydraulic accumulator, enabling travel speeds up to
10.5 mph (17.0 km/h) and lift speeds reaching 105 fpm (530 mm/s).
The truck features hydrostatic power steering
with a high-strength cast axle housing, a memory tilt steering column,
and a responsive drive-by-wire throttle control. A heavy-duty cast drive
axle, cowl-mounted hydraulic levers with ergonomic knobs, and a
two-pedal brake system enhance operator comfort and control. The
standard two-stage mast provides 131 in (3,340 mm) of maximum fork
height. The C6500 incorporates an Engine Protection System and is
available with multi-port fuel injection on gasoline models or
throttle-body fuel injection on LP models.
