JCB 512-56 Specifications
The JCB 512-56 Loadall is the largest and
highest-capacity model within the 56-foot Loadall family, engineered for
extreme-duty construction, infrastructure development, steel erection, precast
concrete handling, industrial material placement, and heavy rental fleet
applications.
Designed to bridge the gap between telescopic
handlers and mobile cranes, the 512-56 combines very high lift capacity
with exceptional vertical and horizontal reach, stabilizer-assisted
operation, and advanced load handling stability.
With a maximum rated capacity of 12,000 lb (5,444 kg), a maximum lift
height of 56 ft (17.07 m), and a maximum forward reach of 42 ft (12.8
m), the 512-56 provides outstanding performance in applications
requiring heavy loads to be placed at significant height.
The machine is built around JCB’s proven
Loadall architecture and incorporates a high-output Dieselmax engine,
heavy-duty powershift transmission, permanent four-wheel drive,
epicyclic axles, front stabilizers, and rear axle stabilization.
Designed in accordance with ANSI/ITSDF and ASME B56.6 standards, the
512-56 emphasizes safety, durability, predictable load control, and
long-term serviceability.
The JCB 512-56 is powered by the JCB Dieselmax
4.4-liter turbocharged industrial diesel engine, optimized for high torque
output, reduced fuel consumption, and continuous high-load operation.
