Cat GP18NT Specifications
The Caterpillar GP18NT is a 1.8-ton (1,800 kg / 3,968
lb) LPG/petrol-powered pneumatic-tire forklift engineered for light-to-medium
industrial workloads requiring high maneuverability, efficient fuel consumption,
low operating vibration, and dependable performance. As part of Caterpillar’s
compact NT-Series, the GP18NT is widely used in warehouse distribution,
manufacturing plants, packaging operations, logistics centers, agricultural
processing, and multi-shift indoor/outdoor work environments.
The GP18NT supports two spark-ignition engine options: Nissan K21 LE - a
2.1-liter, electronically controlled LPG/petrol engine with smooth torque
delivery and excellent cold-start reliability. GST GK15 - a compact,
fuel-efficient LPG industrial engine delivering quick throttle response and
strong mid-range torque.
Paired with a powershift transmission, hydrostatic steering, reinforced chassis,
and efficient hydraulics, the GP18NT provides responsive handling, precise load
placement, low-effort steering, and dependable lift performance. The operator
compartment offers superior visibility, ergonomic lever layouts, anti-slip
steps, a suspended seat, and reduced cabin vibration. Maintenance access is
enhanced through a wide-opening hood, centralized filters, reliable electrical
harness routing, and simple hydraulic service points.
