Cat GP20N Specifications
The Caterpillar GP20N is a compact 2.0-ton (2,000 kg /
4,400 lb) LPG/petrol-powered pneumatic-tire forklift engineered for
light-to-medium industrial material-handling operations. Its design focuses on
maneuverability, fuel efficiency, operator comfort, and consistent load-handling
performance in environments such as warehouses, fabrication facilities,
distribution hubs, construction-material yards, retail storage areas, and mixed
indoor/outdoor worksites. The GP20N’s chassis balance, high-visibility mast,
responsive hydrostatic steering, and efficient hydraulic system allow operators
to work confidently in narrow aisles and confined spaces.
This model supports two engine configurations: the Nissan K21 LE and the GST
GK21E. Both are 2.1-liter industrial spark-ignition engines known for low
vibration, stable torque delivery, clean combustion, and ease of maintenance.
These engines are widely used in material-handling equipment due to their
durability and predictable throttle response under varying loads. The GP20N’s
rugged drivetrain, dependable powershift transmission, and reinforced frame
ensure long service life in multi-shift industrial settings.
The GP20N can be equipped with either the Nissan K21 LE
or the GST GK21E LPG engine. Both share similar displacement and mechanical
architecture.
