Cat GP25K Specifications
The Caterpillar GP25K is a 2.5-ton (2,500 kg / 5,500
lb) class LPG/petrol pneumatic-tire forklift designed for light-to-medium
industrial workloads requiring balanced lifting capability, strong acceleration,
excellent maneuverability, and dependable multi-shift daily operation. As a
member of the Caterpillar K-series internal-combustion forklift line, the GP25K
is widely deployed in manufacturing plants, fabrication facilities, logistics
depots, distribution centers, retail storage areas, and mixed indoor/outdoor
work environments.
This model is powered by the Mitsubishi 4G63 industrial engine—a 2.0-liter,
4-cylinder spark-ignition engine proven for durability, smooth performance,
strong mid-range torque, low vibration, and long service intervals. With a
rugged welded-steel chassis, industrial powershift transmission, stable
counterweight configuration, hydrostatic steering, and a high-visibility mast
assembly, the GP25K offers precise load handling and long-term reliability.
Its compact wheelbase supports efficient
operation in confined aisles while maintaining excellent lifting
stability at full height. Maintenance access is straightforward thanks
to wide-opening engine panels, accessible filters, and logically
arranged drivetrain components.
The Caterpillar GP25K uses the Mitsubishi 4G63
industrial spark-ignition engine.
