Clark GCS20MB Specifications
The Clark GCS20MB is a compact, cushion-tire,
internal-combustion forklift engineered for high-efficiency material handling in
indoor industrial environments, distribution centers, and manufacturing lines
requiring tight-turning maneuverability and consistent lifting performance. With
a nominal capacity of 2,000 kg (4,400 lb) at a 610 mm (24 in) load center, the
GCS20MB occupies the mid-range class of cushion-tire lift trucks, balancing
chassis compactness with adequate lifting strength for palletized goods,
containerized loads, tooling, machinery components, and warehouse cargo.
The model emphasizes operator comfort, stable
handling, streamlined servicing, and long service life through its
reinforced frame, fully protected powertrain layout, and robust
hydraulic system. The cushion-tire configuration provides a low profile
and excellent stability on smooth, paved indoor flooring such as
concrete.
The GCS20MB is offered with two industrial internal-combustion engines
depending on market region and application: the Mitsubishi 2.6-liter
LPG/Gasoline industrial engine and the Continental TM27 2.7-liter
LPG/Gas engine. Both engines are engineered for long-term service
durability, fuel efficiency, and smooth torque delivery at low to mid
operating speeds.
The forklift uses a heavy-duty powershift
transmission, cast-steel drive axle, hydrostatic steering system, and
high-visibility mast assemblies suited for continuous operation in
demanding warehouse applications. The compact chassis layout, low step
height, simplified controls, and full-floating powertrain mounts
contribute to reduced operator fatigue and improved long-term
productivity.
The Clark GCS20MB is supplied with two industrial
