Clark GPX30 Specifications
The Clark GPX30 is a pneumatic-tire internal-combustion
forklift engineered for mixed indoor-outdoor applications requiring reliable
traction, stable lifting capability, and strong structural durability. While
cushion-tire GCX models emphasize confined indoor maneuverability, the GPX30
extends capability to rougher surfaces, shipping bays, yard operations, light
construction sites, and unpaved industrial zones.
With a nominal capacity of 3,000 kg (6,600 lb)
at a 610 mm load center, the GPX30 offers balanced performance between
lifting strength, travel stability, and extended durability under
multi-shift operation cycles. Its pneumatic-tire arrangement provides
increased ground clearance and improved shock absorption, helping
protect both cargo and mechanical components from excessive vibration.
Two engine configurations - Waukesha 2.9-liter and Continental TM27
2.7-liter - supply industrial-grade torque delivery optimized for
low-speed load manipulation. The GPX30 integrates a heavy-duty
powershift transmission, cast-steel differential axle, hydrostatic
steering, reinforced chassis frame, and high-visibility mast systems
compatible with various lift heights. Its service-oriented design
includes wide-opening engine panels, accessible filters, and modular
hydraulic components, reducing downtime and long-term maintenance costs.
The GPX30 supports two industrial powerplants designed
specifically for forklift duty cycles. Both engines provide stable low-RPM
torque, smooth throttle response, conservative governed speeds, and durable
cast-iron construction capable of sustaining heavy cyclic loading, repeated
directional changes, and extended idling common in material-handling
environments.
