Hyster H60UT Specifications
The Hyster H60UT is an LPG-powered forklift that
delivers a compelling balance of power, efficiency, and versatility for material
handling operations. Its core strength lies in the proven PSI 2.4L engine, a
four-cylinder powerplant providing dependable torque and reliability for
continuous use. The engine is EPA-certified and features a high air intake with
available pre-cleaner.
Operator comfort and safety are prioritized through features like hydrostatic
power steering, a 3.5-inch LCD display providing valuable truck information at a
glance, and various seat options including an adjustable full suspension seat.
The H60UT is equipped with a 1-speed powershift transaxle driveline and is
designed for productive operation across various applications with low operating
costs.
This model is equipped with a 2-stage limited free lift mast or 3-stage full
free lift mast depending on application requirements. It rolls on pneumatic
tires, with optional pneumatic-shaped solid tires available. The distance from
the centre of the drive axle to the fork face is 19.3 in (490 mm). The wheelbase

The Hyster H60UT is powered by the PSI 2.4L engine, a
robust and reliable powerplant specifically designed for LPG or dual fuel
industrial operation. It is a four-cylinder engine with a total displacement of
2.4 L (2351 cc / 143 cu.in). This engine produces a rated power of 63 hp (47 kW)
at 2,300 rpm according to ISO 1585 standards. The engine is EPA-certified for
emissions regulation requirements.
Lubrication is provided by a pressure-fed system ensuring all moving components
are adequately lubricated. Cooling is managed by a liquid-cooled system designed
to maintain optimal operating temperatures. A high air intake with optional
pre-cleaner is featured. Noise isolation material and an engine vibration damper
help decrease vibration and noise.
The drivetrain of the H60UT is engineered for precise
control and long-term durability.
Transmission: It is fitted with a 1-speed powershift transaxle driveline with
automatic control type.
Travel Speed: The forklift achieves a laden travel speed of 11.2 mph (18 km/h)
and an unladen travel speed of 11.8 mph (19 km/h).

The electrical system is engineered to reliably support
the engine, safety features, and lighting. It operates on a standard 12-volt
architecture. The system powers the starter motor, engine control systems, and
all essential lighting components for safe operation.
A 3.5-inch LCD display provides valuable truck
information at a glance, including diagnostic and monitoring systems.
The powertrain protection monitoring system helps safeguard the truck
against overheating. Programmable performance modes, a programmable
maintenance timer, and emergency power shutdown are featured. Optional
LED work lights are available.
The chassis provides a rigid and durable foundation,
constructed from heavy-gauge steel with fully welded frame construction to
support all major components under load stress. A specialized dual-suspension
system features a full floating safeguard/cabin system. The suspended
transmission replaces traditional rigid connections.

Steering: The steering system on the Hyster H60UT is a hydrostatic power
steering system that provides smooth and effortless control during low-speed

3-function (1 AUX) hydraulic controls with
mechanical levers are standard, with options for integral sideshift
carriages and fork positioners. The mast tilts forward by 6 degrees and
backward by 6 degrees, with an optional 12-degree backward tilt
available. A safety valve prevents uncontrolled lowering of the load.
The standard mast configuration is available as a
2-stage limited free lift mast or 3-stage full free lift mast depending on
application requirements.
