JCB 506C HL Specifications
The JCB 506C HL Loadall is a high-lift variant of the
standard 506C telescopic handler, engineered to provide increased maximum lift
height while retaining the compact footprint, high payload capability, and
robust construction for which the 506C series is known.
Designed for construction sites, industrial
material handling, agricultural support operations, and rental fleets,
the 506C HL combines a maximum rated payload of 6,000 lb (2,722 kg) with
an extended maximum lift height of 42 ft (12.8 m). This additional
vertical reach makes the HL model particularly suitable for placing
loads onto higher structures, scaffolding levels, mezzanines, and
elevated storage areas without sacrificing stability or control.
The machine integrates JCB’s proven Dieselmax 4.4-liter industrial
diesel engine, a torque-converter-based shuttle transmission, permanent
four-wheel drive, and heavy-duty epicyclic axles. A reinforced
high-tensile steel boom, high-capacity hydraulic system, and multi-mode
steering provide excellent maneuverability, lift precision, and
durability.
The enclosed ROPS/FOPS-certified cab offers a
safe and comfortable working environment with intuitive controls, making
the 506C HL a dependable and versatile solution for demanding
lift-and-place applications.
The JCB 506C HL is equipped with the JCB Dieselmax
four-cylinder industrial diesel engine, designed for high torque at low engine
speeds, fuel efficiency, and long service life under continuous load conditions.
