JCB 510-56 Specifications
The JCB 510-56 Loadall is a high-reach, high-capacity
telescopic handler designed for heavy-duty construction, infrastructure
projects, steel erection, industrial material handling, and demanding rental
fleet applications. Positioned above the 509-42, the 510-56 introduces
stabilizer-assisted lifting, significantly increased vertical reach, and higher
maximum capacities at height, making it suitable for tasks normally reserved for
small cranes or larger rough-terrain machines.
With a maximum rated payload of 10,000 lb
(4,537 kg), a maximum lift height of 56 ft (17.07 m), and a maximum
forward reach of 42 ft (12.8 m), the 510-56 delivers exceptional
lift-and-place capability.
The machine is built around JCB’s proven Loadall architecture and
incorporates the Dieselmax 4.4-liter turbocharged engine, a heavy-duty
four-speed powershift transmission, permanent four-wheel drive,
epicyclic axles, rear axle stabilization, and front stabilizers for
high-reach work.
A reinforced high-tensile steel boom,
high-capacity hydraulic system, and advanced load charts ensure safe and
predictable handling both on tires and with stabilizers deployed.
Designed to comply with ANSI/ITSDF and ASME B56.6 standards, the 510-56
emphasizes safety, durability, serviceability, and long-term reliability
in severe operating environments.
The JCB 510-56 is powered by the JCB Dieselmax
4.4-liter turbocharged industrial diesel engine, engineered for high output,
strong low-speed torque, and compliance with EPA Tier III and EU Stage III
emissions regulations.
