JCB 515-40 Specifications
The JCB 515-40 Loadall is a compact, low-height
telescopic handler engineered to deliver exceptional maneuverability, lifting
performance, and versatility in confined and restricted-height environments.
Designed specifically for applications such as agricultural buildings, livestock
housing, greenhouses, tunnels, industrial workshops, multi-storey car parks, and
urban construction sites, the 515-40 combines the advantages of a telehandler,
loader, and forklift into a single highly compact machine.
With an overall height of just 1.80 m (5 ft 11 in), the 515-40 is one of the
lowest-profile rigid-frame telehandlers ever produced by JCB. Despite its
compact dimensions, it offers a maximum rated payload of 1,500 kg (3,307 lb), a
maximum lift height of 4.0 m (13 ft 1 in), and a forward reach of up to 2.5 m (8
ft 4 in).
The innovative offset single-spine chassis
design allows the cab to be positioned lower without compromising cab
size, visibility, or operator comfort. Hydrostatic transmission,
permanent four-wheel drive, and four-wheel steering provide excellent
traction, smooth control, and precise maneuvering in tight spaces.
The 515-40 is powered by a Deutz industrial diesel engine and features a
robust hydraulic system, high-tensile steel boom, and JCB tool carrier
interface supporting both Compact Loadall and Skid Steer attachments.
Designed in accordance with ISO and ANSI/ITSDF safety standards, the
515-40 emphasizes stability, reliability, ease of service, and low total
cost of ownership, making it a highly effective solution for operators
who require maximum capability in a minimal footprint.
The JCB 515-40 is powered by a Deutz D2009L04 naturally
aspirated industrial diesel engine. This engine is optimized for compact
machinery applications requiring durability, fuel efficiency, and consistent
torque delivery at low engine speeds.
