The Komatsu FG15ST-16 is a compact 1.5-ton (1,500 kg /
3,300 lb) LPG/petrol cushion-tire forklift designed for tight indoor warehouse
operations requiring exceptional maneuverability, strong low-RPM torque, smooth
hydraulic response, and reliable daily performance.
As part of Komatsu’s mid-generation 16 Series,
the FG15ST-16 improves on earlier cushion-tire designs with enhanced
ergonomics, a tighter turning radius, refined steering geometry, and
improved hydraulic efficiency. The machine is powered by the Nissan
H20-2 industrial engine - a reliable 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder
spark-ignition powerplant known for exceptional durability, smooth
torque delivery, and ease of service.
This upgraded version of the classic H20 engine
provides stronger mid-range torque, more stable operating temperatures,
and better fuel efficiency, making it ideal for multi-shift warehouse
work. The FG15ST-16 integrates a torque-converter powershift
transmission, fully hydrostatic steering, welded steel chassis, robust
hydraulic system, and hydraulic drum brakes.
